About the author: Ron Bibace is an author
and constitutional scholar in pursuit of the justice of our cause -- that it is
illegal for lawyers (who are members of the judicial branch) to simultaneously
serve in the Legislative or Executive branches. In researching and writing this
continuation of the Federalist Papers, he makes it possible for us to halt the
legal tyranny that has overtaken this country.
Ron became aware of the problem in 1985. The views presented here were first
developed and articulated in 1989.
Professor Albert Blaustein[1] (1922-1994), a
world renowned constitutional lawyer, international consultant, and prolific
author of books on the law, having never before heard the proposals articulated
here, was persuaded that the writer’s views are sound and should prevail in a
court of law, and has said so in writing.
Ron Bibace is President and co-founder of a
national organization, The National Congress for Legal Reform, Inc.,
dedicated to restoring constitutional and representative government.
Ron Bibace is, like Madison, a non lawyer who
loves the law, and like Hamilton an immigrant and naturalized American.
