I would like to ask for the contribution of the illustrious colleague, studious of the constitutional law, so that we can examine and debate, in this page, the problems related to the judicial control and the vinculative effect of the constitutional court's decisions. I know this is a very ambitious project, especially because I also intend to contact with some constitutionalists of Portugal, Italy, Spain, Brazil, France and United States, in order to publish their doctrinal articles in this page, and to allow them to participate in this forum, that will certainly serve to enrich our legal knowledge. The diversity of the idioms cannot impeach us. If necessary, we can use a translator, like It is truth that each constitutional system possess its proper principles and peculiarities, and that it is not possible to unpunishedly transplantate the legal norms and institutions, without the necessary adaptations, but the results, the advantages and the inconveniences of each one of these systems can and must be compared and studied, on a critical basis, so that we can discover the formula that allows the perfectioning of our own constitutional order.
